Dear Scottsdale Soccer Family,
Scottsdale Soccer is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that provides soccer programs for all children and supports the development of student athletes in our community. Attention is on the complete athlete, with emphasis on character, teamwork, commitment and self confidence. It is currently the largest soccer club in the state of Arizona and with that your help is crucial.
The developmental program of the club is Scottsdale Soccer Recreation (formerly ASUSC Recreation). Annually more than 2700 children participate in a Fall and Spring League. The recreation program is the envy of the state and one of the most innovative programs of its type in the country.
Scottsdale Soccer Blackhawks is the competitive program of the club. It has 750 players on 54 competitive teams. Blackhawks is one of the leading clubs in the southwest. Our elite teams at each age group compete at state, regional and national levels. Inspired and directed by a professional coaching staff, the players excel and thrive in a competitive environment that builds character, citizenship and leadership off the field as well as success on the field.
We need your help!
This current season the Scottsdale Soccer Foundation received requests for financial assistance that increased by twice from the previous year. We assisted sixty different families with financial support for their child in Scottsdale Soccer’s recreational and competitive programs.
Our goal for 2012 is to raise $75,000 and to be able to continue to assist players, families, teams and the club.
Please consider making a donation today. Your participation is greatly needed and appreciated. Most importantly, it benefits the entire community.
